Returns for refunds will be accepted and processed ONLY under the following conditions:
1. First, contact us by e-mail for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. All shipments lacking an RMA number will be refused and returned to you un-opened and un-refunded. You must e-mail us at customerservice@sensitively-yours.com and include the following information:
Name
Address
Order Number
Reason for the Return
Phone number to contact you during the day if desiring a partial refund.
Item numbers of the earrings you want to return (e.g. JA111)
We will e-mail you with the RMA. The RMA number is good for 15 calendar days. If we do not receive the return shipment within the 15 days, the shipment will be refused and returned to you un-opened and un-refunded.
2. Mail the earrings back First Class US Mail (or equivalent) in a sturdy box. The original shipping box is ideal. Never ship earrings in an envelope of any kind. You are responsible for the shipping costs to send back the returns. Include a copy of the Sales Receipt with your return.
3. Earrings must be returned in re-sellable condition in order to qualify for a refund. Earrings that are bent, broken, marred, or have missing parts will not be refunded. Every returned pair must pass inspection before a refund will be considered. (Defective earrings or customer allergic reaction cases exempted from this rule.)
4. Earring returns must be requested within 30 days of the order date. This can be found on your original order confirmation e-mail.
5. Partial refunds are only possible if we can call you directly for your credit card number used for the original order. We cannot obtain your credit card number from the original order. Exchanges are allowed on part or all of the original order.
Defective product will be replaced at no charge, but you must first return the defective items using the above procedures.
